Which means Ayurveda is such a treasure which explains the good and bad states of life, says do’s and don’ts for a healthy happy life in a measurable and obviously through natural methods.

The Real Definition of the health given by WHO is as follows which was stated in 1948, “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”
Happy to share with you all that it was stated centuries back in ayurveda literatures that the complete wellbeing of a healthy person is defined as one who has attained equilibrium in physical doshas, digestive fire ,all the dhatus and proper excreations, automatically result in Prasanna- happy state of Atma- soul, Indriya-sense organs ( Physical body and social body) and Manah-mind is called Swasthya or the health.
It happens to be that people are getting aware of the power of curative ayurveda but hardly being able to get the essence of preventive measures or even neglecting them due to feeling of that it would be too much for their daily life routine to inculcate all these practices in the busy running world. Here it’s just my small effort to make people understand the real essence of ayurveda , get rid of their problems no matter which quadrant of their life Physical, Emotional, Spiritual or Social life, in the easiest possible way to attain their ultimate happiness out of their life.
The parts of the body that can be seen through naked eyes are less, those that cannot be seen are infinite. The knowledge of those unseen parts can only be had by the eyes of meditation and eyes of knowledge!
