Our body is a complex system of many parts and it is up to us to keep it healthy and strong. Ayurveda teaches you about the internal mechanism of your body. Everything that we eat or drink is digested here. Stress, worry and diet all have a part to play in digestion. It is crucial for getting the best nutrients from what you eat, each process requires optimum levels of all three doshas in order to function properly. When any dosha becomes imbalanced, it can throw the entire digestive process off, leading to problems like skin problems, lethargy and blocked circulation which are just a few examples out of the many which may occur when you are not coping with your diet as best as possible. When this happens, we need to look at what could be causing an imbalance so we can get back on track!

The main cause of stress is our inability to recognize when we are overloaded with information or situations that place great demands on our time or energy.
